The Challenge
When Connected Cars onboards customers in new markets, they train customers in their new software. Before using the introdus platform, they did on-site training. Although they were achieving good training outcomes, this approach had many shortcomings.
First and foremost, it was time-consuming and secondly, it required going out to every dealership in every market. But this was no longer an option due to the lockdowns and travel restrictions imposed by a global pandemic.
As a result, Connected Cars realised that in order to carry on with their business, they needed a product, through which they could provide structured and in-depth virtual training for their new customers. The training had to be convenient and have measurable outcomes.
The Solution
With the introdus platform, Connected Cars are phasing out physical training and implementing virtual training for all their customers, current and future. They have found a solution that fits their onboarding set up, moreover, they can adjust to their customers’ needs in a convenient and effective way.
