List of Sub-processors as of June 26th, 2023

We are not using the same sub-processors on our website, in the product (app), and in our administrative work.

Below is a list of our processors divided between the three.

The website (introdusapp.com)

• Cloudflare
  Address: 101 Townsend Street – San Francisco, CA 94107, USA
  Description: Domain Name System and DDoS protection. They may use Personal Data such as IP address, telecommunication provider, device information or geographic location to utilize the appropriate origin server and content format.

• WP Engine, Inc.

  Description: Hosting of website (not web-app). All data is encrypted at rest and in transmission. No customer is stored, only processed and forwarded.

This has been updated to reflect any new DPAs we create, although some contracts have already been signed with different sub processors. These are valid as well, as we are running two concurrent systems to accommodate both versions, until all contracts are updated to reflect the following sub processors .

• Clever Cloud SAS

  Description: Our main host. Hosting website, application, API, cache and database. To serve our website faster the cache will hold database computations in-memory. All data is encrypted at rest and in transmission.
