However, embracing the hybrid world has its challenge going by the revelation of the Gartner’s 2021 Hybrid Work Employee Survey of more than 2400 hybrid workers. It was stated that fatigue has a dangerous impact on organizational outcomes. 

Fatigue reduces employee performance by up to 33%, effective team collaboration by 38%, and reduces the chance of employees staying with their organizations by 54%.
