Security & availability of your data

introdus ApS is hosted in the cloud by CleverCloud. Our database, and consequentially our physical files and data, is hosted on servers in Nantes, France. All uploaded files and data are also mirrored to 3 different servers in this data center, to make sure we don’t lose anything.

SSL secure connection

All communication between you and introdus is encrypted via TLS, so your data won’t be intercepted by man-in-the-middle attacks. That is the same technology that is used for internet banking and NemID.

Guaranteed uptime of 99,9%

CleverCloud guarantees an uptime of 99.99% (.05% higher than industry average!), but naturally, there will be interruptions as we update and improve our platform.

This is an ongoing process, although we do plan bigger updates outside regular working hours.

Fully automated Backups

All data at introdus is continually backed up by servers that constantly take snapshots to provide a reliable second-to-second backup.

So in case of an accident, it is possible for your data to be restored.

CleverCloud is attested with SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, and PCI-DSS.
