Up and running in two steps
Step 1: A Buddy Is Assigned for You
The employees included in the rotation are assigned to the new hires. There will be a buddy – selected automatically or manually – waiting for you. Both parts receive the instructions to start building strong bonds.
Step 2: Receive Structured Information
The predefined templates with video, content information, checklists, and all the rest, have already been filled out. Then, the buddy system will send this valuable content to you, in order to make you feel prepared for the new position.
